After a smashing launch success of #UnstoppableLATINAS Miami, I created a visual infographic as a token of appreciation for marketers and brands who jumped on board for the launch of an original way of engaging the community online.

Followed by creative thoughts to fit in this concept purposefully into my October travel.  First stop would be New York for a 7-day packed agenda with a mindset of integrating #UnstoppableLATINAS original social media concept as part of the tactics; I was committed to deliver.

For the past three months, I have been creating a digital strategy for non-profit out of New York, 100 Hispanic Women, which guides Latinas towards excellence in leadership by fostering education enrichment.

Digital Strategy Stages:

STAGE 1: started in July with brand awareness engaging with webcitygirls online community introducing 100HW brand ambassador partnership.

STAGE 2: involved reaching out to several brands and naturally, The Ford Motor Company, said YES. Ford will join 100 Hispanic Women 20th Anniversary Gala at the beautiful Mandarin Oriental, with a table for “Mujer Legendaria de Ford“, connecting two outstanding women driven programs for mutual benefit. #UnstoppableLATINAS New York introduces “Ford Legendarias” on October 11 LIVE Day-Story from the Gala.

STAGE 3: was to create receptiveness online to increase membership using all my resources that happen to include some Powerhouse Latina Influencers based in New York, who said YES to my call to please share their knowledge, positive energy and vast experience with 100 HW memberships.

STAGE 3a:  introduce 100HW membership to Powerhouse Latina Influencers outstanding professionals,  Lili Gil Valleta award-winning entrepreneur, World Economic Forum Young Global Leader and Monique Manso VP, Brand Sales Director People en Español.  Lili and Monique will be honored at the Gala with “Aplauso 100HW” initiative that recognizes professional Latinas with remarkable record of accomplishments who are visionary leaders.

STAGE 4:  Lili and Monique invited as guests of  #UnstoppableLATINAS New York LIVE Day-Story October 10, where they would tell their story, how we are connected, shine as the amazing Powerhouse Latinas they are while attracting new members and visibility online for 100HW.  In addition, October 13 guests LIVE Day-Story include celebrity guest who happens to be the acclaimed Chiquis Rivera promoting her new reality show “The Riveras” with NBC Universo.

STAGE 5:  end of NY trip grand finale digital approach was linking #UnstoppableLATINAS interview at People en Español and the fact that I was covering Festival People motivated by further seeding WebCityGirls social media brand into the New York community, I created a NEW event Getting-Together at #FestivalPeople on Sunday, October 16 at Javits Center.

Strategy with a purpose for WebCityGirls online community is to assure relevant and valuable content creation through stories by fascinating and inspiring Latinas thru the magic of social media connectivity and of course Facebook LIVE, “actually in my humble opinion the most interesting corner of the social media world and a new format that might  be the key for independent online platforms to contrast against broadcast television”.
