Coupons have become more accessible than ever to consumers thanks to digital and mobile tools. And US Hispanic internet users overindex for every activity related to coupons, discounts and deals—digital or not—compared with internet users overall, according to a survey from direct marketing company Valassis conducted in Q3 2016.

Kantar Media reports that more than 287 billion Free Standing Insert (FSI) coupons were distributed in 2013,  a 4.5 percent increase in activity  compared to 2012. This represented a distribution of $467 billion in consumer incentives, an 11.2 percent increase over the prior year. Average Face Value also increased to an all-time high of $1.63, representing a 6.4 percent increase over a year ago.

The question is not whether Ethnic Consumers that are lumped for diversity purposes into the MULTICULTURAL BUCKET offer opportunities for marketers.  We all know the answer to that question. The question is whether there is a need or a purpose for having one agency that implements all aspects of a campaign that can then be called a MULTICULTURAL approach.
