TVN Direct, the direct-response advertising subsidiary of TVN Entertainment formerly known as Guthy-Renker TV, announced the launch of TVN Directo, a new Spanish-language direct-response channel targeted specifically toward the Hispanic market.
TVN Directo will consist of long-form (infomercial) and short-form advertising content originally produced in Spanish featuring products specifically targeted toward the Hispanic market.
"Our new direct-response channel TVN Directo was created to help advertisers and MSOs tap into the tremendous purchasing power of the Hispanic market," said TVN Chief Executive Officer Ian Aaron. "TVN Directo is part of our overall programming strategy, which now includes advertising and our new pay-per-view movie channel, TeleNuestros, both designed to drive immediate revenue by helping MSOs address the Hispanic market."
