"Arthur brings to Viacom Outdoor extensive experience and knowledge of the growing Hispanic marketplace, and he will help us leverage our considerable presence in the top Latino markets in the U.S., as well as Puerto and Mexico, as we continue to grow our business in this very important sector," said Kuhl. "No one can offer the penetration in the top Hispanic U.S. markets that Viacom Outdoor can, and I am confident Arthur is the right guy to tell that story and help us continue to build our presence in these markets."
