Latino Broadcasting Company (LBC) announced that it will provide the exclusive Spanish-language radio broadcast of the 2001 Major League Baseball All-Star game, "live" from Seattle's Safeco Field on July 10.
Calling the game for LBC is the famed Latino announcing team of Billy Berroa , Eduardo Ortega and Major League Baseball Hall Of Fame announcer, Jaime Jarrin. LBC's Mid-Summer classic coverage is scheduled to begin at 8:00PM EST. This exclusive broadcast marks the sixth consecutive Major League Baseball All-Star game produced and aired by Latino Broadcast Company. The 72nd All-Star game will be carried nationally on over 35 LBC affiliate stations, covering 82% of the US Latino market.
